Obligatory introductory post is obligatory.

I'm considering making a completely random fandom mood theme, just for my own amusement. Maybe i'll just make icons instead. Hmm. There was a really good general PD mood a while ago, can't remember where though.

Hahaha. Ftw had me confused for SO long. Also, ftf (for-the-fail), though it's not as widely used ;)

Which city do you live in, if you don't mind my asking? There are a few within the city here, and a few on the outskirts, but nothing really within decent driving distance (at least nothing that's affordable on any kind of regular basis). I don't know what i'd do without my little car. *hugs it*

Hee. My mother was/is oddly supportive, but she worries that it's too restrictive and i just won't eat anything at all. But she's totally gotten into the vegan baking and whatnot, which is so incredibly cool - she makes almost all my food :)

I think my lack of meat/cheese love is why it isn't that hard a change for me. I'm not a big fan of food, in general, and i prefer raw/fresh food than junk, so there isn't much that i miss. Mostly it's the non-food stuff that's a struggle for me - i have really long really high maintenance hair, so buying decent products that are vegan is PRICEY and a bit of a nightmare. Still, i started last New Years, so it's been almost a year (and i've only slipped off the wagon one or two times, with random things like cheese and potato chips ;) And i still drink diet coke, but that's a big of a vegan grey-area, so until there's something definite it's staying on the menu. *lol*

I'm going to do it today. *determined* Otherwise it won't get done. Lol.

Ah, I can't reveal my location in a public post, but I shall tell you that I live in the Southeast US and there aren't any real cities around here except Atlanta. Which is not where I live. So there's just not much public transportation that would make my life easier. Southerners SUCK at doing anything modern and progressive. I stick to downtown mostly, where I can walk. Yay walking!
