I've been so busy with uni craziness, and Pushing Daisies, and
being forced to watchGossip Girl and other random things, that i haven't watched the office in like, a week. *SHAAAAME* I'm going to go watch it now. (Casino Night, because it's rainy and i'm feeling mopey and thus am in need of some old-school Jim/Pam ;)Yay for the non-social life! I tried it, it wasn't for me, or ... it was, at the time, and now i just feel like i'm 20 years too old for all that shit. My zimmer-frame is arriving next week.
Your userinfo - i just want to hug it. I have no discernable skills. Ftw. And hi, I'm obsessed with America (and American politics), and despite the fact that I have no idea what I want to do with my life anymore, I at least have this one goal: to move to Boston. Marry me? Seriously. Though i'm also open to California or Chicago (or Halifax, because it's pretty there and the Canadians are friendly). You know, keeping my hypothetical options open, and all.
Definitely friends :)

Anyway, I added you! Yay!
I'm watching Pushing Daisies these holidays - I haven't had time up til now, but I'm so excited! I just know I'll love it.
Casino Night breaks my heart with its absolute perfectness. Damn, now I want to watch it. But I'm too tired :( OK, now it sounds like I'm the one who needs a zimmer-frame.
I'm not good with warm climates, but I'm so up for Chicago. Or Seattle. Or Portland. Or anywhere, really, that isn't Canberra.

It's telling me that you're still on my flist, so. I don't know how to fix that. I'll try removing you and then adding you again, and see if that works. *fingers crossed*
Pushing Daisies is probably my favourite show in a long long time. I mean, i love the Office, i do, but there's just something ... different about PD. And the last ep of the (teeny tiny) season is on this week, i think. *sniff*
Even with all the fabulous new 'shippy eps this season, Casino Night is still my favourite. Hands down.
Well, maybe we can have a summer house in California then ;) Ooooh, Seattle. Yeah, can't say i'm the biggest fan of Canberra - i think it's a cool place to visit, especially with kids, cause there's lots of stuff to do, but i think living there would probably drive me nuts.

You're still not showing up as a mutual friend :( This sucks.
ITA, Casino Night = ♥. The Jam poker scene... I could watch that a billion times. They're so adorable it hurts sometimes. Not that I haven't been squeeing my way through the season 4 episodes.
You've got Canberra down. I ran out of stuff to do here in the second grade. I don't know how many excursions I went on to Parliament House. Floriade's basically the same every year. Nothing EVER happens.
If we have a summer house in California, we have to have a cabin in Aspen ;) I always wanted to learn how to ski.

Sorry it took me so long to (hopefully) fix it, i LOST THE INTERNET FOR TWO DAYS. *flails like a pathetic idiot*
I did, however, find a neat pair of Big Bird-feet slippers down there for only $15. Can't beat that.
Oh well, you know, if you're going to twist my arm about it ;) I've never been a big skier. We'll have to put an ice rink in the backyard. *nods*

We can have the ice rink, although I'd probably never use it as I'm the worst ice skater in the history of ice skating. It takes me an hour to get once around the rink. But I could at least brag about having an ice rink...way cooler than a pool.
Thinking about it now...if I'm that bad at ice skating, I must be at least as bad at skiing. DAMN! :D
Ooh, I've watched the first 3 eps of Pushing Daisies!! ♥ The most adorable thing I've ever seen. I think I might be using your Ned/Chuck moodtheme soon... :D

Sweet. See, you shouldn't have said that, cause now when i come to Canberra (which i will be doing at some point next year) i'm totally going to kidnap you and make you go skating with me :P You do have a rink there, right? I'm sure you do. Ahaha - definitely cooler than a pool.
Huh. Good point. We could find us some sexy manly ski instructors though. It could be good times.
Yay!!! I FINALLY got 1x09, after three days of INTERNET/SIBLINGHATE. And omg. It is officially the best show ever. Ever. Hands down, bar none. *clings*

OK, there's the Yellow Pages...and I'm pretty sure we only have one crappy ice rink, so it wouldn't be too hard to find. Damn.
Sexy manly ski instructors with sexy manly accents. Hmmm...worth breaking a few bones, I think :D
If I could hug a TV show, it would be PD. So glad I decided to watch it!! Now I have to catch up with Gossip Girl. I thought about getting into Chuck - but there must be a point where you watch so much it's bad for your health...
